We're so happy you want to join us for SummerSault 2021! ​It's going to be a great summer!

• A registration fee of $175 and a $500 deposit per camper are due with the form, payable by credit card. You may also elect to pay your full tuition with registration.
• Complete your child's health forms as soon as possible.
  • ​Physical Exam Form (print and take to you child's doctor to complete.)
  • Camper health history and emergency information form (online form parents can fill out)
• If you did not pay the full tuition with registration, we will send an invoice; please plan to pay the balance within two weeks of receiving your bill to ensure your child's spot. 
• We will be in touch before June with all the info you need to get ready for camp. In the meantime, contact us any time at [email protected].
